The human skin produces about one million skin cells every 40 minutes! As skin cells are produced from the deepest layer and move towards the surface, older cells harden, lose moisture, and detach from skin. I just had my monthly Facelogic Elite Facial. What a treat!

Un-wrinkle? Yes! 

Like lots of women, my skin isn’t looking as fresh and young as it once did. So many things contribute to wrinkling: the sun’s rays. Pollutants in the environment. Lack of moisture. Even everyday stress.

Raquel began cleansing my skin with gentle swirling motions. When she placed a warm, lavender-scented towel on my face, I could nearly feel the un-wrinkling begin—tensions were slipping away.

Smoother texture with a peel treatment
A Facelogic Elite Facial has multiple steps, but a key to this particular one is the Peter Roth® Brightening Glycolic Peel. As Raquel applied it to my face, I could feel it tingle as began to exfoliate.

I’m always amazed by how professional peels smooth the texture of my skin. They also helps repair damage, maintain moisture and treat fine lines. I exfoliate at home but really, nothing compares to these once-a-month treatments.

After Raquel removed the peel, she applied a hydrating serum to my face. Over that, she placed a collagen mask. Collagen encourages cell regeneration, the stuff of fresh, new skin. Collagen also boosts elastin—or elasticity—which lessens as we get older.
